Aloha Taveuni emerged victorious as the new Under-21 Fiji Bitter Labasa 7s champions, triumphing over Kasabias Village Boys with a score of 19–0 in the final held at Subrail Park yesterday. Aloha’s performance was marked by a robust start, as they quickly secured two tries from Jone Baleivanua and Solo Tavalea, establishing a strong 14–0 lead by halftime.

Though the match was challenged by slippery and muddy field conditions, both teams showed determination and grit. In the second half, Aloha increased their intensity and extended their advantage when Mika Bolo scored just a minute in, making the score 19–0. Their relentless pressure and consistent gameplay ultimately ensured their well-deserved victory.

Following the match, Coach Malakai Tuleca expressed gratitude for the win, stating, “Thank God for the win. Without Him we would not have achieved this. I also thank our families and supporters for their continuous support.”

In other tournament highlights, the Under-21 Bowl title went to Nasavu Brothers, who narrowly defeated Domoniwai Highlanders 5–0 in a closely contested final. Meanwhile, St Theresa Nukubalavu secured the Under-21 Plate title by overcoming RKS Old Boys with a convincing 26–14 victory, demonstrating effective attacking skills and composure throughout the match.
