Three standout WNBA stars will illuminate the court during the AT&T WNBA All-Star 2025 events on July 18. Caitlin Clark, the reigning Kia WNBA Rookie of the Year from the Indiana Fever, will make her debut in the WNBA STARRY® 3-Point Contest. She will face off not only against Allisha Gray, the defending champion of both the Kia WNBA Skills Challenge and the 3-Point Contest, but also against Sabrina Ionescu, who currently holds the record for the most points in a single round of a three-point contest.
The competitions will air live on ESPN at 8 p.m. ET from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, leading up to the All-Star Game set for July 19 at 8:30 p.m. ET on ABC, Disney+, and ESPN+. In the Skills Challenge, Gray is joined by Natasha Cloud of the New York Liberty, Skylar Diggins and Erica Wheeler of the Seattle Storm, and Courtney Williams of the Minnesota Lynx. Participants will navigate a timed obstacle course designed to test a variety of basketball skills.
Clark, who made 122 three-pointers last season—breaking the WNBA rookie record—will be aiming to make a significant impact in her first three-point contest. Alongside her, the talented line-up includes Sonia Citron from the Washington Mystics and Kelsey Plum from the Los Angeles Sparks.
The WNBA STARRY® 3-Point Contest will include two rounds, featuring various shooting locations and the unique “all money ball” rack, with additional scoring opportunities at the “STARRY® Range.” The excitement continues with WNBA Live presented by Panini, an interactive fan festival celebrating the confluence of basketball, fashion, music, and culture, taking place at the Indiana Convention Center on the same dates.
This year’s All-Star events promise to showcase not just elite skills but also a celebration of fan engagement and the growing impact of women’s sports. With such thrilling competitors, basketball fans can look forward to an unforgettable evening of talent and competition.
