Whitney Leavitt is stepping into the film industry as she takes on both the lead role and the position of executive producer for her first feature film, a holiday romantic comedy titled All For Love, set to premiere in 2026. Known for her role in The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, the 32-year-old star is bringing her talents to the big screen, portraying a character named Winona—a young podcaster on a quest for love.
The announcement comes shortly after Leavitt captivated audiences with her performance on season 34 of Dancing With the Stars, where she completed an impressive run. Now, she has started production on All For Love with Ninth House Productions. The film revolves around Winona’s journey to find romance online, featuring a chance encounter with Luke, played by actor Jesse Kove. As their story unfolds, the rugged renovator helps Winona decorate a venue for her grandmother, leading to a budding relationship amplified by the holiday spirit.
In addition to her film debut, Leavitt is also making waves in theater, having been cast as Roxie Hart in the Broadway production of Chicago. Her performances will begin on February 2, 2026, at the Ambassador Theatre, running for a limited engagement until March 15, 2026. This role is a celebrated one, and she follows in the footsteps of several well-known actresses who have brought Roxie to life on stage.
Leavitt’s journey to stardom has been fueled by her social media presence and comedic talent, allowing her to build a devoted fanbase. She gained initial recognition through her family-friendly posts and her role in Mormon Wives, which recently completed its third season. With each role and project, Leavitt showcases her determination and passion for acting.
Expressing her aspirations for the future, Leavitt stated, “I feel like everything that I’ve been manifesting feels more within reach… I’m going after it and I’m just so grateful.” As she embarks on this next chapter in her career, fans can look forward to seeing more of her talent both on screen and stage.
