However, this year the squad appears well-prepared, having undergone two weeks of intensive training. Suva’s campaign kicks off tonight against Southern Legions FC at 7 p.m., and they are gearing up for a demanding week ahead, facing tough opponents like Gulf Komara Futsal Club, Mataks FC, Waikato Rapids, and AS PTT.
Suva FC’s recent triumph in the Extra Supermarket Fiji National Futsal League, where they defeated Nadi Futsal 3-2 in the final, further boosts their confidence as they seek to improve upon their past performances in the OFC tournament. As they prepare to make their mark this season, the team aims to build on the progress made during the league and hopes that the home advantage will support them in achieving their goals.
