Summer Walker Teases Finally Over It With a Wedding-Table of Star-Studded Collaborations

Summer Walker is gearing up for the release of her highly anticipated third studio album, “Finally Over It,” set to debut on November 14. The R&B sensation is once again embracing a matrimonial theme, creatively presenting her collaboration roster as a wedding reception seating chart. This unique approach was shared on Walker’s Instagram Stories, showcasing 26 talented writers, producers, and artists organized into five distinct “tables.”

Notable names on the album include GloRilla, 21 Savage, Anderson .Paak, Lil Yachty, Jean Baptiste, Sexyy Red, Teddy Swims, Latto, Chris Brown, Mariah the Scientist, and many more. The collaborative effort promises to deliver a rich blend of musical styles and influences.

In addition to revealing the feature lineup, Walker released a teaser video featuring Drea Nicole and Lex P, hosts of the Pour Minds Podcast, as caterers at her wedding. The lighthearted scene captures the duo’s excitement over the star-studded guest list, culminating in an amusing moment when Walker makes her entrance.

Walker recently unveiled the album’s cover art, marking the conclusion of her “Over It” album trilogy that began with the release of “Over It” in 2019 and continued with “Still Over It” in 2021. The cover features the artist adorned in a wedding dress beside an elderly man in a wheelchair, reminiscent of the late Anna Nicole Smith’s wedding to oil magnate J. Howard Marshall.

Following her recent breakup with Rico Recklezz in May, Walker sparked curiosity when she attended the MTV Video Music Awards in September with an older gentleman wearing a white suit. Their appearance together on social media was captioned with the playful remark, “Fuck My Type.”

Fans will be eager to hear tracks like “Spend It” and the previously released single “Heart of a Woman,” the latter of which has already garnered two Grammy nominations, signaling a promising future for Walker’s latest work.
