Filming for “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” has officially concluded, as announced by director Destin Daniel Cretton on Instagram. In an emotional tribute, Cretton expressed gratitude to everyone involved in creating what he calls the most rewarding film of his career.
He highlighted the contributions of lead actor Tom Holland, praising him for his “kind, generous leadership on and off screen,” along with his strong work ethic and exceptional performances. Joining Holland in this exciting chapter of the Spider-Man saga are Mark Ruffalo, reprising his role as Bruce Banner/The Hulk; Michael Mando, who returns as the Scorpion from “Spider-Man: Homecoming”; Jon Bernthal as the Punisher; and Sadie Sink from “Stranger Things,” who takes on a yet undisclosed role. Zendaya and Jacob Batalon are also back as Mary Jane and Ned respectively.
