SiriusXM Names Zac Coughlin New CFO to Lead Growth and Transformation

Sirius XM Holdings Inc. has announced that Zac Coughlin will take over as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective January 1, 2026. Coughlin succeeds Tom Barry, who will step down from the role on December 31, 2025, after making significant contributions to the financial discipline of the organization.

Coughlin joins SiriusXM with nearly 30 years of financial experience in diverse industries, including consumer goods, retail, and automotive. He has held key leadership roles, recently serving as CFO at PVH Corp, where he managed the global finance function. His previous positions include being Group CFO and Chief Operating Officer at DFS, a subsidiary of LVMH, and CFO at Converse, which is part of Nike. He also accumulated extensive financial leadership experience during more than ten years at Ford Motor Company.

Jennifer Witz, CEO of SiriusXM, expressed her confidence in Coughlin’s ability to lead the finance organization at a time of renewed strategic focus, pointing to his proven track record of driving sustainable growth. Witz stated, “Zac’s perspective and expertise from his decades of experience at global iconic brands will be instrumental in our efforts to maintain a strong balance sheet and increase shareholder value.”
