Bluey highlighted the positive shift in recruitment trends since Hegseth took office, noting an increase in Americans willing to join the military, which he referred to as a reflection of a renewed dedication to national service. “These individuals represent the true 1% of our population who are eager to commit their lives to serving the U.S.,” he said.
