Neal Maupay, the French forward recently acquired by Sevilla during the winter transfer window, is set to make his debut in the starting lineup chosen by Matías Almeyda for the match against Mallorca this Monday at 21:00.

On loan from Marseille, Maupay represents the only addition to the Sevilla squad during this transfer period and will be partnering in attack with Akor Adams, who has notably netted three goals in his last two appearances since returning from the Africa Cup of Nations. The young talent Isaac Romero is the player removed from the starting lineup compared to previous matches.

Another significant change in the squad is the inclusion of Portuguese defender Fabio Cardoso, who has previously featured in only three games since joining, with his last appearance being in December against Oviedo.

As Sevilla aims to secure a second consecutive win, the team will take to the field with the following lineup: Vlachodimos in goal; Carmona, Cardoso, and Kike Salas in defense; Juanlu, Batista Mendy, Agoumé, and Peque across the midfield; and Maupay alongside Akor Adams in the forward position.

This upcoming match presents an exciting opportunity for the new signings to make an immediate impact and help the team build momentum as they strive for a successful season.
