USC’s Women of Troy made a strong comeback after a recent loss, decisively defeating the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles with a commanding score of 85-44 at the Galen Center on November 25, 2025. The highlight of the evening was freshman Jazzy Davidson, who achieved her first collegiate double-double, showcasing her potential and skill on the court.
USC Head Coach Lindsay Gottlieb praised Davidson’s performance, noting her exceptional effort on both offense and defense. The freshman played a pivotal role in the game, contributing significantly in the first half with 14 points and 9 rebounds, shooting an impressive 6-for-9 from the field. Her teammate, senior guard Londynn Jones, also made a notable impact, scoring 10 points with remarkable shooting efficiency, including a perfect 2-for-2 from three-point range.

In the second half, Davidson continued her strong performance, adding another 6 points to her total, culminating in 20 points, 16 rebounds, and 4 assists. Likewise, Jones finished the game with 20 points and 2 assists, solidifying a balanced offensive effort.
