The Fijian Broadcasting Corporation launched its “FMF EV New Energy Mirchi FM and Radio Fiji Two Nonstop Holi Masti” event this afternoon, bringing a wave of excitement and celebration. Team leader of Mirchi FM, Aziza Nisha, expressed heartfelt thanks to the enthusiastic public for attending in large numbers and showed appreciation for the FMF team’s support as sponsors of the event this year.

Nisha highlighted the vibrant atmosphere, noting the joy of seeing many families, particularly the youth, participating in the festivities. She encouraged those in the Suva area who are still undecided to join in the celebration at the Damodar City Carpark, where the festivities will continue until 8 PM tonight.

The Nonstop Holi Masti event is hosted annually by FBC’s Hindi radio stations to celebrate Holi, a significant Hindu festival known as the Festival of Colors, love, and the arrival of spring. Holi holds deep cultural importance across various Hindu traditions, symbolizing the end of past grievances and the beginning of new relationships through forgiveness and unity.

This year’s event not only promises fun and entertainment but also reinforces the values of togetherness and renewal, making it a remarkable gathering for the community.
