Fijian Drua Unveil 2026 Home Venues, Marking First-Ever Super Rugby at Ba’s Four R Stadium

The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua have finalized their home venues for the 2026 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific season, marking an exciting chapter for rugby in Fiji. Notably, Ba’s Four R Stadium will host its first-ever Super Rugby match on March 14, when the Drua face the prestigious ACT Brumbies. This significant event marks a historic milestone for both the team and the local community, which is known for its football passion.

Four R Stadium, having undergone extensive renovations, will also welcome the Highlanders on May 2, providing fans from Ba with two thrilling matchups featuring top international talent. Meanwhile, Lautoka’s Churchill Park will continue to serve as the team’s main home ground, hosting four matches throughout the season, including a key encounter on April 11 against the Western Force.

Fijian Drua CEO Mark Evans expressed satisfaction following extensive negotiations to confirm the venues. “We are glad to finally be able to confirm our 2026 season home fixtures after extensive negotiations… Ba will get two in the first year that they’ll host international rugby,” he stated, highlighting the significance of Ba’s inclusion for the town and its communities.

Evans also addressed fans in the Central Division, acknowledging the constraints that limited the number of matches in Suva. He encouraged them to support the Drua during their lone game there against the Waratahs on May 16 or travel to the West for earlier matches.

In anticipation of the season opener against Moana Pasifika on February 14, early bird tickets are now available for fans eager to secure their seats and witness the riveting action of top-tier rugby right on Fijian soil. This exciting season promises to engage local communities and immerse fans in the thrilling atmosphere of Pacific rugby.

The Drua’s expanded approach and commitment to bringing high-quality rugby to various venues underscore their dedication to growing the sport’s popularity across Fiji, paving the way for a vibrant and engaging 2026 season. With the return of marquee teams and an ambitious schedule, the Drua are poised to captivate audiences and elevate the rugby experience in Fiji.
