The Yatu Lau Arcade has officially opened its doors, welcoming customers to a vibrant new retail space that houses more than 10 businesses. The grand opening presents a pivotal moment for local entrepreneurs eager to serve the community from this newly renovated complex.

Wilfred Vudikaria, the owner of Tee Totoka, expressed excitement about the response on the first day, noting, “Customers have flocked to the café in numbers.” To celebrate the occasion, the café is offering a complimentary tea and bun, a tradition that has been in place since the new branch launched. This initiative has certainly drawn increased customer traffic, creating a lively atmosphere in the arcade.

Sheli Doreen, the owner of Angel Hair Salon, is optimistic about the newly equipped facilities, stating, “This is the one that’s going to bring in plenty of customers.” Doreen, who has been in business for 22 years, also expressed her gratitude for being back in the arcade where her journey began.

Customer Kalesi Rokovusoni shared her enthusiasm for the renovations, thanking the Yatu Lau group for their efforts. “We are so happy to come enjoy tea from our favorite café here at the new arcade,” she remarked, reflecting the positive sentiment circulating among patrons.

The newly upgraded Yatu Lau Arcade boasts a total of 90 business spaces, strategically located to attract a significant volume of customer traffic.
