In July 2025, reports emerged about a serious car accident involving former WWE owner Vince McMahon, who was in a $300,000 Bentley Continental GT Speed during the incident but thankfully sustained no injuries. Barbara Dolan, the founder and CEO of BD8 Capital Partners, was also reported to have been involved and highlighted her relief at surviving what she described as a “horrific car crash.”

Newly released footage from the scene illustrates McMahon’s reckless driving, showing him swerving through traffic at speeds exceeding 100 mph before colliding with a BMW on Route 15 in Westport, Connecticut. Dashcam recordings depict McMahon weaving dangerously between vehicles and rear-ending the BMW, after which his car crashed into a guardrail, scattering debris across the highway. The Bentley, emitting smoke, continued to coast down the road before coming to a stop.

Bodycam footage captured the immediate aftermath, showing McMahon appearing disoriented as he spoke with a Connecticut State Trooper, who informed him of his excessive speed, estimating it reached close to 115 miles per hour. McMahon claimed he was on his way to celebrate his granddaughter’s birthday and denied attempting to evade the police. “I’m trying to drive. I haven’t been driving my car in God knows how long,” he stated during the exchange.

He also expressed frustration with himself, muttering expletives while providing his insurance and registration. McMahon acknowledged his unfamiliarity with driving the luxury car, citing its speed as a concern, indicating that he hadn’t taken it out on the road in some time.

The incident highlights the perils of high-speed driving and serves as a reminder of the importance of road safety, even for experienced individuals. Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported, emphasizing that while thrills can be exciting, responsible driving must always take precedence.
