The UFC has made significant strides in preparing for its highly anticipated event at the White House on June 14 in Washington, D.C. Although tickets will not be available to the general public, UFC President Dana White confirmed that fans will be granted access to witness the event, although details regarding the selection of attendees for the South Lawn viewing remain undisclosed.

In a recent interview, White stated that the logistical framework for the event has been finalized, including plans for a screening area nearby to accommodate additional fans. “We literally just got done going through all the logistics of how to set it up there, how many people we can have,” he explained. He estimated that approximately 5,000 spectators will be allowed on the White House lawn, with an additional capacity of 85,000 people across the street at the Ellipse park, where large screens and a stage will be set up for live music and entertainment throughout the day.

The event promises to be a grand celebration, coinciding with President Donald Trump’s birthday, which will add to the festive atmosphere. White mentioned that the entire fight week is being designed as a major celebration, leading up to the unique event at the White House. The initiative to host a UFC card at such a historic location was first introduced by Trump, who has been vocal about plans for a series of events to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary in 2026.

White was enthusiastic about the opportunity and immediately began working on creating an outdoor arena for this unprecedented event. He assured fans that this White House card would be an exceptional experience, likely unmatched in history. “We’re basically going to take over D.C. that whole week with lots of different things for fight fans,” he noted. The fighters will even have the unique experience of walking from the Oval Office to the octagon, adding a special touch to the evening.

This event not only highlights the UFC’s growing popularity but also reflects an innovative partnership between sports and iconic national landmarks, promising an unforgettable night for UFC enthusiasts and American pride.
