Bonded students who are sponsored by the Tertiary Scholarships and Loans Service (TSLS) can now utilize new Guarantor Delisting Kiosks located at Nadi International Airport. Situated in the International Arrivals Concourse near the baggage claim area, these kiosks are designed to streamline the process of delisting guarantors for students who are returning from international studies.

Dr. Apisalome Movono, the Chief Executive of TSLS, announced that the introduction of these two kiosks offers a convenient, self-service option for students under a “Temporary Travel Release.” As part of their bond requirements, students traveling abroad must secure a release letter and designate guarantors, who are subsequently added to the Immigration Stop Departure List for the duration of their travels.

Timely delisting of guarantors upon returning is essential, and these kiosks significantly improve the process by removing the necessity for students to visit TSLS offices. They are designed to be secure and efficient, allowing students to complete the delisting process in under two minutes. This enhancement not only speeds up the procedure for students but also minimizes any potential travel complications for their guarantors.

The introduction of these kiosks at Nadi International Airport underscores TSLS’s dedication to finding effective solutions for students and facilitating a smoother experience for those returning from overseas education. This initiative reflects a positive step towards enhancing student services and supporting their transition back into the local community.
