Anteris Technologies Global Corp (NASDAQ:AVR) recorded a 26.4% rise to $7.27 after announcing plans for a $200 million underwritten public offering of common stock. Aditxt Inc (NASDAQ:ADTX) rose by 26.2% to $1.49 after a more than 35% increase on the prior day. Gold Resource Corporation (NYSE:GORO) climbed 21.4% to $1.81 after revealing strong preliminary year-end results, indicating an operational turnaround.

On the downside, Innovation Beverage Group Ltd (NASDAQ:IBG) saw the largest drop, falling 30.2% to $1.08 after announcing a business update related to its energy expansion and a proposed merger with BlockFuel Energy. Other notable losers included CCSC Technology International Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:CCTG), which dipped 24.6% to $0.084 after reporting a 1-for-10 reverse stock split, and Top Wealth Group Holding Ltd (NASDAQ:TWG), which fell 23.1% to $4.13 following a substantial gain the previous day after a key acquisition announcement.
