Pete Davidson, known for his time on Saturday Night Live, is set to launch a new video podcast on Netflix titled The Pete Davidson Show, which premieres on Friday, January 30 at 12:01 a.m. PST. This podcast will offer viewers a glimpse into Davidson’s laid-back discussions with friends, primarily filmed in his garage—a place he humorously refers to as “where all the best conversations happen.” New episodes will be released weekly, promising candid conversations on a wide range of topics.
Davidson expressed his excitement about the collaboration, stating, “Netflix was the home of one of my first stand-up specials, so it felt right to bring the podcast there, too. It’s me and my friends talking about anything and everything. It’s going to be a great time.” This venture marks Davidson’s fourth project with Netflix, following the successful releases of two comedy specials: Pete Davidson: Turbo Fonzarelli (2024) and Pete Davidson: Alive from New York (2020), as well as his hosting role in Pete Davidson Presents: The Best Friends at the Netflix Is a Joke Fest in 2022.
The production of The Pete Davidson Show will be overseen by Marc Lieberman, president of Above Average, alongside Ayala Cohen, known for her work on Saturday Night Live. Sarah Brennan Kolb, also a veteran of Turbo Fonzarelli, will take on the directorial role.
As Davidson embarks on this new podcasting journey, fans can look forward to entertaining and insightful dialogues with a range of guests. Keep an eye out for updates on who will join him in these engaging conversations soon.
