Packers running back Josh Jacobs made a notable return to the practice field on Friday, although his availability for the upcoming game against the Denver Broncos remains in question. Jacobs has been dealing with a knee injury that has prompted the Green Bay coaching staff to list him as questionable for the match.

After missing practice on both Wednesday and Thursday, Jacobs was able to participate in a limited capacity on Friday, offering a glimmer of hope for his potential involvement in Sunday’s game. This season, Jacobs has been a significant contributor for the Packers, accumulating 817 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns over 12 games, while also adding 31 receptions for 251 yards.

In addition to Jacobs, the injury report has highlighted several key players with uncertain statuses heading into the game. Receiver Savion Williams is listed as questionable due to a foot injury, along with linebacker Kristian Welch, who is dealing with a concussion, and defensive lineman Lukas Van Ness, also contending with a foot issue.

On the other hand, the team has confirmed that Brenton Cox Jr., returning from injured reserve after a groin injury, as well as defensive lineman Collin Oliver (hamstring) and running back MarShawn Lloyd (calf/hamstring) have all been ruled out for the game. Lloyd’s situation has seen a decline, as he was downgraded from limited participation on Thursday to a non-participant on Friday due to the additional hamstring issue.

As the Packers prepare for their match against the Broncos, the potential return of Jacobs could play a crucial role in their offensive strategy, promising an exciting contest for fans.
