P.F. Chang’s is embracing the holiday spirit with the launch of its new limited-time menu on October 29, which features the much-anticipated return of the Longlife Noodles & Prawns, a dish renowned for symbolizing good fortune. This edition of the menu is not just about beloved dishes; it also introduces ‘Light the Fire™’, a new platform that highlights the artistry and excitement of cooking with the wok.

The returning Longlife Noodles & Prawns a fan favorite, is prepared with wok-tossed noodles, seasoned with chili butter and prawns, embodying the essence of prosperity while adding a touch of spice to festive gatherings. New seasonal offerings are sure to excite diners, including two distinct types of dumplings. The Miso Lobster Dumplings feature a mix of lobster and shrimp accompanied by scallions and carrots, served with a choice between rich miso butter or a spicy chili butter dip. For those seeking a vegetarian option, the Butternut Squash Dumplings are a delightful sweet-and-savory creation finished with miso butter and fresh chives, prompting comments from fans, such as “dumplings could fix me.”

For the main course, patrons can indulge in the Black Pepper Filet, a delectable beef filet sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, onions, and shishito peppers, coated in a black pepper sauce and sprinkled with Togarashi spice. To satisfy sweet cravings, the Butter Cake, topped with miso caramel and vanilla ice cream, offers a perfect finish to the meal. One excited diner expressed enthusiasm for the entire menu, stating, “Beautiful! I’ll take 1 of everything.”

P.F. Chang’s is also making the season even more festive with its $8.99 Cocktail Collection, which includes two new holiday-themed drinks. Guests can raise a glass with the Frosted Cranberry Cosmo, featuring Ketel One Vodka, Triple Sec, white cranberry juice, and lime, or enjoy the Apple Spice & Everything Nice, a delightful mix of Maker’s Mark Bourbon with apple, cinnamon, lemon, and bitters. A non-alcoholic Apple Spice Refresher is also on offer, ensuring that everyone can partake in the festivities.
