The No. 25 Princeton Women’s Basketball Team is gearing up for a crucial weekend as they travel to face Dartmouth and Harvard, with both games scheduled to tip off at 6 p.m. The Tigers recently reclaimed their spot in the AP Top 25 rankings, reflecting their impressive performance throughout the season.

Highlighting their achievements, Princeton boasts a net ranking of 43, showcasing significant victories, including quad 1 wins against Villanova and Rhode Island. The team has also excelled in quad two, maintaining an undefeated record of 18-0 in quad three and four matchups. Their strength of schedule stands at 44th overall, the second highest among non-power five schools, only trailing behind USF.

If the NCAA still considered RPI rankings, Princeton would be positioned 9th overall, nestled among renowned programs like UCLA and Connecticut. Notably, the Tigers’ non-conference RPI would be second, right behind Connecticut.

Coach Carla Berube’s accomplishments have not gone unnoticed, as she was recently named to the 2026 Kathy Delaney-Smith Mid-Major Coach of the Year Award Midseason Watch List. The team’s roster features five players averaging at least 10.0 points per game, all of whom have earned Ivy Player of the Week honors this season.

Leading the charge is senior captain Grace St. Rose, who averages 16.5 points and 4.8 rebounds per game. St. Rose has excelled on the court, recording five games with 20 or more points, and has achieved two double-doubles, including a career-high 30 points against Brown last week. She has consistently scored in double figures, surpassing 1,000 career points and tying for 21st on the all-time Princeton scoring list.

Princeton’s recent form is commendable, with 18 victories in their last 20 games and five winning streaks of 10 or more during Berube’s tenure. Key contributors such as Belker, Tall, Hutcherson, and St. Rose are all shooting at career high percentages, further strengthening the team’s offensive prowess.

In addition to St. Rose’s Ivy Player of the Week accolade, several teammates have also been recognized throughout the season, underscoring Princeton’s collective talent and depth as they prepare for the challenges that lie ahead against Dartmouth and Harvard. With their current momentum, the Tigers are poised to continue their successful run in the Ivy League.
