Texans minority owner Javier Loya has been suspended indefinitely from the NFL following an Alford plea for a misdemeanor harassment charge in Kentucky, which is a result of incidents involving allegations of sexual abuse that had previously been dismissed. He noted that the allegations took a considerable toll on him and his family. He also emphasized that he voluntarily stepped back from team activities for over two years.
