A new indoor children’s play center, TrueKids Playground, has officially opened its doors in Navua, thanks to a $7 million investment by Grace Road Group. The multi-million-dollar facility aims to create local employment opportunities while providing a dedicated space for family entertainment.
Grace Park, an executive at Grace Road Group, expressed that the opening of this facility has been a long-term aspiration for the company. “This facility is different from what we have built over the years,” she noted, highlighting the center’s unique design focused on safety and fun for families. Parents can relax with a meal or coffee at the on-site café while their children play freely in the expansive playground.
TrueKids Playground is the largest indoor facility of its kind in the area, reportedly 20 times bigger than the smaller indoor playgrounds previously established in Veisari and Nausori. Spanning over 1,000 square meters, the playground offers an array of attractions, including 11 different slides, a jungle gym, and a large trampoline, catering to children of varying ages and needs—usable for toddlers up to children under 160 centimeters in height.
The facility operates with structured play sessions, each lasting two and a half hours. On weekends, there are four sessions, starting at 9 AM, while weekdays feature three sessions that begin at midday. This thoughtful scheduling is designed to accommodate families, ensuring a joyful and well-organized experience at TrueKids Playground.
The opening of this center embodies a positive stride towards enhancing community amenities and supporting local families, promising a memorable place for recreation and bonding.
