The seven finalists for the Miss Pacific Islands 2026 title have gathered for an exciting weeklong event commencing this Wednesday in Nadi. The contestants began their journey with a heartfelt church service held at the Platinum Events Centre, where Miss Fiji, Ailava Samuels, delivered an uplifting message that resonated with her fellow participants.

“My advice is to always trust in God’s plans in every situation that we go through,” Ms. Samuels encouraged. “Because at the end of the tunnel, there is always light.”

The contestants vying for the esteemed crown include Miss Kiribati, Atiterentaai Rinimarawa; Miss Samoa, Feagaimaali’i Soti Mapu; Miss Cook Islands, Petra Mataiti; Miss Tonga, Siosi’ana Taumoepeau; Miss American Samoa, Tofoi Unutoa; and Miss Papua New Guinea, Iampela Popena.

Throughout the week, the participants will take part in a variety of activities designed to highlight not only their outer beauty but also their dedication to cultural representation and the principles they embrace.
