Krispy Kreme is entering the holiday season with a delightful new offering inspired by the beloved Peanuts comic strip. Starting Saturday, November 29, the Krispy Kreme x Peanuts Collection will unveil a selection of festive doughnuts that will be available until Christmas Eve, December 24.
This seasonal lineup introduces three new doughnuts alongside two returning favorites. The new creations include the Snoopy Cookies & Kreme Doughnut, the Charlie Brown Ornament Doughnut, and the Christmas Wreath Doughnut. The Snoopy-shaped doughnut features a cookies and cream filling, adorned with frosting to replicate the iconic beagle’s face, making it a delightful addition for fans of the character.
The Charlie Brown Ornament Doughnut takes inspiration from the character’s signature style. This round doughnut has a brownie batter filling, is dipped in yellow frosting, and decorated with a chocolate zig-zag, reminiscent of Charlie Brown’s famous shirt from the comic strips and animated specials.
Completing the trio of new treats is the Christmas Wreath Doughnut, which transforms the classic Original Glazed doughnut into a festive centerpiece. Dressed in green buttercream and yellow sprinkles, this doughnut is finished off with a bow-shaped candy featuring Snoopy and Woodstock, beautifully capturing the holiday spirit.
In addition to the new pastries, the collection features two returning favorites: the Santa Belly Doughnut and the Holiday Sprinkle Doughnut. The Santa Belly Doughnut is a filled sweet dipped in red frosting and embellished with chocolate buttercream to mimic Santa’s belt, while the Holiday Sprinkle Doughnut showcases a chocolate-frosted Original Glazed doughnut adorned with colorful sprinkles.
Krispy Kreme is also refreshing its menu, having recently introduced nine new flavors, six of which are now permanent options. These include Maple Iced, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, and Pumpkin Spice Cake, among others. However, with the arrival of new flavors, some classic offerings are being retired, including the Original Glazed Blueberry Cake and Original Glazed Lemon Filled doughnuts, although fans can look forward to the possibility of their return in the future.
