Knox Kiffin, the son of Ole Miss football coach Lane Kiffin, has made headlines by leading Oxford High School to a significant victory in the MHSAA Class 7A playoffs. The sophomore quarterback’s outstanding performance was pivotal in the Chargers’ 37-27 win over Horn Lake on November 21, allowing them to progress to the North Half game against Tupelo on November 28.

In the playoff game, Knox completed 12 out of 20 passes for a total of 207 yards and one touchdown. Additionally, he showcased his dual-threat ability by rushing for 74 yards and another touchdown on seven carries. With this victory, Oxford boasts a strong record of 11 wins and only one loss so far this season.

Knox Kiffin, part of the class of 2028, is already attracting attention from college recruiters, receiving eight scholarship offers from institutions including SMU, Arkansas State, Western Kentucky, and Georgia State. His development and performance on the field suggest a promising future in football.

While Lane Kiffin currently finds himself in discussions about potential job offers from LSU and Florida, he was present at his son’s playoff game, further demonstrating his support as both a father and a coach.
