Jeremy Jordan is set to reprise his role as Jay Gatsby in Broadway’s highly acclaimed adaptation of The Great Gatsby, starting November 10 at the Broadway Theatre. Jordan, who originally took on the iconic character in 2024, returns to the stage to succeed Ryan McCartan, who has portrayed Gatsby since Jordan’s last performance on January 19.

Joining Jordan in the ensemble cast are talented actors including Michael Maliakel as Nick Carraway, Aisha Jackson as Daisy Buchanan, Samantha Pauly as Jordan Baker, Linedy Genao as Myrtle Wilson, Eric Anderson as Wolfsheim, Austin Colby as Tom Buchanan, and Charlie Pollock as George Wilson.

The musical offers a fresh interpretation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic Jazz Age novel, exploring themes of wealth, desire, and illusion through Jay Gatsby’s relentless quest for his lost love, Daisy Buchanan, set against the vibrant backdrop of the Roaring ’20s. Under the direction of Marc Bruni, the production showcases a book by Kait Kerrigan and features music and lyrics by Jason Howland and Nathan Tysen, with choreography by Dominique Kelley.

The return of Jeremy Jordan has excited many theater enthusiasts, and tickets for The Great Gatsby are currently available. This revival promises to be a captivating experience, blending a classic tale with dynamic performances and a lively score that evokes the spirit of the era.
