Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa has kicked off its festive season celebrations with an exciting month-long program designed to foster holiday spirit, connection, and generosity. The festivities commenced with the annual Festive Tree Lighting Ceremony on Sunday, November 30, where guests and team members gathered for an evening filled with Christmas carols, performed by the award-winning Hilton Fiji Team Choir, complemented by festive treats like eggnog and cookies.
A highlight of the event was a special visit from Santa Claus, who brought joy to families and children before the Christmas tree was officially illuminated, marking the beginning of the holiday season.
In addition to the celebrations, Hilton Fiji has ramped up its commitment to community outreach. A Christmas Stationery Drive has been initiated, inviting team members to contribute school bags, stationery, art supplies, and essential learning materials to support children and families preparing for the new school year.
Continuing its tradition of community care, the resort hosted a festive luncheon for children, caregivers, and teachers from Nadi Special School, as well as residents of the Golden Age Home and Loloma Home. Guests enjoyed a buffet lunch crafted by Hilton Fiji’s culinary team, served by volunteer team members who generously dedicated their personal time to make the event a success. The day was filled with games and activities organized by the resort’s Activities team, creating a fun and memorable experience for all attendees.
