Reba McEntire, Lauryn Hill, and Post Malone are set to headline the “In Memoriam” segment of the upcoming Grammys, honoring musical legends who have passed away over the past year, including Roberta Flack, Ozzy Osbourne, and D’Angelo.

Lauryn Hill will pay tribute to both D’Angelo and Flack during her performance. Notably, Hill’s group, the Fugees, originally found monumental success in the mid-1990s with their rendition of Flack’s classic “Killing Me Softly With His Song,” which was first recorded by Flack in 1973. The tribute to Osbourne will feature a star-studded lineup, including Post Malone, Slash, Duff McKagan, Chad Smith, and Andrew Watt.

Reba McEntire will lead a larger tribute alongside Brandy Clark and Lukas Nelson, remembering various artists from the creative community who have recently passed.

The performance roster for the Grammys also includes notable names such as Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, Clipse, and Pharrell Williams, in addition to this year’s best new artist nominees: Olivia Dean, Leon Thomas, Alex Warren, Katseye, Addison Rae, Sombr, Lola Young, and The Marias.

The 2026 Grammy Awards, hosted by Trevor Noah in his final appearance as the show’s emcee, will be broadcast live from Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on Sunday, February 1, from 5:00-8:30 p.m. PT, available on CBS and streaming on Paramount+.

Kendrick Lamar leads the nominations this year with nine, followed closely by Lady Gaga with seven nominations. This event will also be momentous as it marks the last time the Grammys will air on CBS before its transition to Disney in 2027. Artists like Lamar, Gaga, Bad Bunny, and Sabrina Carpenter are all nominated in major categories such as album, song, and record of the year, alongside other top contenders like Leon Thomas, Clipse, SZA, Turnstile, and Tyler, the Creator.

This year’s ceremony promises to be a rich celebration of music and a heartfelt remembrance of those who have contributed so much to the industry.
