Fox is set to premiere “Memory of a Killer” on January 26, a thrilling series inspired by the book and the 2003 Belgian film “De Zaak Alzheimer.” The show stars Patrick Dempsey as Angelo Doyle, a hitman who navigates a perilous double life while concealing a dark and deadly personal secret. Michael Imperioli joins him in a prominent role as Dutch, Angelo’s long-time friend and a chef whose restaurant serves as a front for a criminal operation. The cast also includes Richard Harmon as Joe, another hitman, Odeya Rush as Maria, Angelo’s daughter, Daniel David Stewart as her husband Jeff, Peter Gadiot as local detective Dave, and Gina Torres as Special Agent Linda Grant.

In related programming, WE tv will unveil the new season of “Love During Lockup” this January. This prequel to “Love After Lockup” follows the compelling stories of individuals in the free world seeking love with inmates, emphasizing the unique challenges and emotional journeys of those who choose to connect behind bars. Viewers will meet six individuals whose reasons for pursuing these relationships vary, including those who believe in their partner’s innocence and others who remain steadfast during their partners’ sentences.

Netflix has also made headlines by securing “Trigger Point” straight to series after a competitive bidding process. This eight-episode action crime drama features Joel Edgerton and focuses on a group of former Special Forces Operators who sell their skills to the criminal underworld while evading a determined FBI agent.

Meanwhile, the streaming platform has announced the cancellation of “Too Much,” the series directed by Lena Dunham, as well as three animated shows: “Exploding Kittens,” “Twilight of the Gods,” and “Good Times,” which will not return for their second seasons.

Finally, Fox will present “TMZ’s Most Outrageous Moments of 2025” on December 2, showcasing the most jaw-dropping moments and surprises of the year, promising to be an ultimate year-end spectacle.
