The airline analyzed web searches conducted between January 5 and February 5 for travel dates spanning from March 6 to April 26, leading to this ranking for the Southwest Florida International Airport.
Rana Ghosh, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Spirit Airlines, emphasized the appeal of spring break in sunny destinations. “After many of our Guests endured a very cold winter, we make it easy for them to get there with our unmatched value,” she stated. Ghosh highlighted that the most challenging aspect of planning a spring escape might simply be choosing the destination.
