Food enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating one of the most delicious events of the year—the 43rd annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, scheduled to take place from June 19 to 21, 2026. This beloved event returns to the picturesque mountain town, showcasing an impressive lineup of distinguished culinary talent. Tickets for this much-anticipated gathering are currently available for purchase.

Presented in partnership with American Express and Resy, the Food & Wine Classic promises an array of culinary stars, including renowned chefs Bobby Flay, Maneet Chauhan, Tyler Florence, Stephanie Izard, Tiffany Derry, Brooke Williamson, and Andrew Zimmern. Wine aficionados will also find much to enjoy, with insights shared by experts like Andy Chabot, Arjav Ezekiel, and Anthony Giglio during various panels and discussions.

More than 40 cooking demonstrations and beverage seminars will be held throughout the event, adding to the excitement. Food & Wine Editor-in-Chief Hunter Lewis emphasized the significance of this gathering, stating, “Since 1983, the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen has set the stage for chefs, wine pros, and hospitality industry leaders to cook, pour, teach, taste, and gather in one of the most spectacularly beautiful towns in the country.” He highlighted the event’s commitment to offering attendees unforgettable experiences and glimpses of culinary innovation.

The extravaganza will unfold at the base of Aspen Mountain, featuring cooking demonstrations, grand tastings, and exclusive private tastings each day. Attendees can look forward to sampling over 200 curated offerings from esteemed food, wine, and spirits purveyors.

The event is organized by Food & Wine, with both Food & Wine and Travel + Leisure operating under the umbrella of People, Inc. For those interested in attending, tickets start at $2,950, which provides access to the Grand Tasting Pavilion, a selection of five cooking demonstrations and beverage seminars, and much more.

This year’s Classic follows a successful event held in Charleston last month, which included unique programming such as a Lowcountry oyster roast and a scenic self-guided tour of the charming city.

Aspen continues to attract globally recognized culinary talent, with new additions to its food scene. Last year, the renowned Sant Ambroeus opened a location in the area, bringing dishes like black truffle pizzas and veal Milanese to residents and visitors. This year, culinary enthusiasts can look forward to the opening of MOLLIE Aspen, spearheaded by celebrity Chef Ludo Lefebvre, which will pay homage to classic French bistro cuisine.

With such a rich lineup of culinary experiences and a beautiful setting, the Food & Wine Classic promises to be an event of vibrant flavors and unforgettable moments.
