The Ministry of Education has announced the provisional results for the Fiji Year 13 Certificate Examination, showcasing an impressive national pass rate of 95 percent. Education Minister Aseri Radrodro confirmed that this year, 8,646 students took the exam, indicating a rise from the previous year’s numbers.

Notably, the pass rate has seen a significant boost from 89 percent in 2024, reflecting the dedication and effort of students throughout the year. Radrodro expressed his congratulations to all students who successfully passed the examination, underscoring that these results are a testament to their hard work.

Additionally, the Minister highlighted the remarkable performance of schools across the nation, with 50 secondary schools attaining a perfect pass rate, a substantial increase from just 10 schools last year. This improvement showcases a collective effort among educators and students in striving for excellence in academic achievements.

Radrodro extended his gratitude to school heads, teachers, school management, and parents for their unwavering support and commitment to fostering student success. He also advised students who wish to request a recount or remark on their examination results that they have a window of 30 days to do so.

This year’s results not only celebrate the individual achievements of students but also indicate a growing commitment to education in Fiji, marking a promising trend for future academic endeavors.
