Year 12 students in Fiji achieved a pass rate of 74 percent in the 2025 Fiji Year 12 Certificate Examination, marking a slight decrease from the 76 percent recorded in 2024. The Ministry of Education shared this information ahead of the release of provisional results scheduled for tomorrow, with 12,020 students participating in the examination last year.
Education Minister Aseri Radrodro extended his congratulations to the students for their hard work and resilience throughout the academic year. He also recognized the crucial support provided by teachers, school heads, parents, guardians, and school management committees, which played a significant role in aiding students’ efforts.
Notably, five schools achieved a remarkable 100 percent pass rate this year, an increase from the four schools that reached this milestone in 2024. The top-performing institutions include Nadarivatu High, Levuka Public School, Rabi High School, Valebasoga Secondary School, and Duavata Secondary School. Additionally, five government schools demonstrated improved performance, showcasing the progress in teaching and learning outcomes across Fiji. These schools are Levuka Public, Queen Victoria School, Sila Central College, Suva Grammar School, and Nasinu Secondary School.
For students eager to check their results, provisional results will be available online at www.examresults.gov.fj, where they can use their Examination Code Number and personal login details to access their scores. Those without internet access may collect their results directly from their schools or local District Education Offices.
Students who are interested in applying for a recount or remark have a 30-day window to submit their applications to the Examinations and Assessment Office located at Gohil Building or at their nearest District Education Office. Minister Radrodro encouraged both students and parents to engage responsibly in this process, highlighting a commitment to continuous improvement in educational standards in Fiji.
