The FMF Futsal Muslim IDC 2025 was launched today, initiating an exciting new chapter for the Fiji Muslim Sports Association’s annual futsal event. Scheduled to take place from November 14th to 16th, 2025, the tournament enjoys sponsorship from Flour Mills of Fiji (FMF) and support from Dayals Sawmillers Ltd and Safety Tyres and Rentals.
This year’s competition is set to deliver high-octane futsal as top district teams from across Fiji compete for glory. The official pool draws for the Premier Division have revealed three dynamic groups: Group A consists of Nadi, Sigatoka, Rewa, and Maro; Group B includes Ba, Maigania, Nasinu, and Suva; while Group C features Makoi, Navua, Valelevu, and Drasa.
The draw was conducted during the launch event, which saw attendance from FMF representatives, the FFA CEO, FMSA officials, and team delegates. The association expressed its dedication to fostering unity, discipline, and sportsmanship within the Muslim football community, leveraging the growing popularity of futsal.
FMSA officials acknowledged FMF and other sponsors for their instrumental role in supporting grassroots football in Fiji. This tournament not only showcases elite competition but also serves as a vital platform for young talents to gain recognition for potential national representation.
