Five outstanding athletes from Fiji have been awarded prestigious scholarships under the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Solidarity Program, enabling them to prepare for the highly anticipated 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. The selected athletes include Viliame Ratulu in sailing, Gerard Takayawa in judo, David Young in swimming, Heleina Young in athletics, and Lolohea Naitasi in taekwondo.
