The Fijian Drua has exciting news for rugby fans as they prepare to host a series of curtain raiser matches featuring the Drua Development team during the first three home games of the 2026 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific season. Supporters will have the chance to witness additional rugby action on February 14, February 28, and March 14, as the Drua Development squad competes against Australian Fijians, Malolo, and Ba Rugby prior to the main Super Rugby fixtures.

These curtain raiser events provide fantastic value for fans, allowing them to enjoy two matches for the price of one. The Drua Development team will showcase promising young talent alongside other squad members, highlighting the future of Fijian rugby.

Head coach Nemani Nadolo-Kuridrani of the Drua Development team emphasized the significance of these matches for player development. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to maximize the rugby action, with curtain raiser matches kicking off at 12:30 PM, followed by the main Super Rugby Pacific fixtures starting at 3:30 PM.
