At 5 a.m., he sets to work preparing breakfast, organizing his home, and tending to his crops, a daily routine that showcases his discipline and unwavering determination.
Timoci, who was born deaf and mute, has become a well-known figure among travelers passing through Wailotua. His roadside stall features fresh fruits and produce, providing a welcomed stop for the many who traverse the Kings Road. His mother, Lice Mila Rasotale, has witnessed her son navigate through a world that often struggles to understand him. Timoci started his education at Hilton Special School, where he faced numerous obstacles, yet emerged with a strengthened resolve to live independently and contribute to his village.
