In a heartfelt ceremony held in Monaco on Saturday afternoon, Charles Leclerc, the 29-year-old Ferrari driver, married his fiancée, Alexandra Saint-Mleux, who is now officially Alexandra Leclerc following the weekend’s nuptials. The joyous news was confirmed when Alexandra updated her last name on social media. With this union, Leclerc joins an exclusive group on the grid, becoming only the third married driver alongside Nico Hulkenberg and Sergio Perez. Alex Albon is expected to join them soon, following his recent engagement to Lily Muni He.

The couple was spotted enjoying a drive through Monaco’s iconic winding streets in a stunning 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa, a classic model valued at $12.4 million. Leclerc proposed to Saint-Mleux on November 2nd, just before the Mexico and Brazilian Grand Prix, after dating for two years.

As they gear up for the new season, Leclerc and Ferrari are hopeful about the 2026 season, aiming to put behind a challenging 2025 campaign where they managed seven podium finishes without securing a victory or pole position. The team is now focusing on new regulations and the future, drawing inspiration from historical superstitions that suggest a marriage can bring luck. Notably, both Kimi Raikkonen and Michael Schumacher were married when they clinched their first Ferrari World Drivers’ Championships, offering Leclerc fans a glimmer of hope.

This new chapter in Leclerc’s life comes as he prepares to open the F1 season at the Australian Grand Prix, blending personal milestones with his professional ambitions in the world of racing.
