Stefon Diggs, the New England Patriots player and boyfriend of rapper Cardi B, appears to have confirmed the arrival of multiple children this year. On Christmas Day, Diggs shared three photos of infants on his Instagram Stories, leading to speculation about his growing family.
In one of the photos, Stefon proudly held a baby boy in front of a festive Christmas tree, captioning it as “One of my boys’ first Christmas.” This revelation follows previous rumors about a mystery child, as earlier this year, he was photographed with a baby carrier outside a New York hospital in May.
The second image featured a baby girl, presumably Charliee, his daughter with Instagram model Lord Gisselle, also known as Aileen Lopera. Stefon’s paternity of Aileen’s baby was confirmed after a court case in Los Angeles, where she sought paternity confirmation and child support. Charliee was born in April 2025, just a few months before Cardi B gave birth to their son in November.
In the final photo, Cardi B, 33, can be seen cradling their newborn son before another dazzling Christmas tree. Stefon humorously captioned the image, “Miss yaw! Don’t be squeezing him too tight, you making him soft.”
