Essentially, they have exchanged Robert for immediate reinforcement in Dominguez, along with potential long-term contributors in Acuna and Pauley.
Dominguez, who enjoyed a strong season with a 3.15 ERA over 67 games with the Toronto Blue Jays and Baltimore Orioles, capped off his season by participating in the World Series. Over seven seasons, primarily with the Philadelphia Phillies, he has established a solid career ERA of 3.50.
