“Reuniting with Wiggins isn’t flashy, but he offers familiarity, functional offense, and crucial size on the wings,” Favale noted. The Warriors have reportedly engaged in discussions with the Heat concerning a deal centered around Kuminga and possibly a protected first-round pick. Given the context, Wiggins could represent a balanced addition to the roster, filling a role that the team desperately needs.
Wiggins has solidified his standing in the league after helping the Warriors clinch their last championship. Since being traded to the Heat last February, he has maintained his offensive prowess, averaging 15.6 points per game while shooting 46.8% from the field and 38.4% from beyond the arc. His ability to perform in high-pressure situations makes him an appealing asset for any championship-contending team.
