A highly anticipated waterfront coffee bar and dining venue is set to make its debut on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2026, with an impressive budget of $7 million. This establishment aims to redefine the hospitality landscape, becoming a flagship destination for corporate clients, tourists, and local residents alike.

Located in a prime waterfront position, the venue is a significant investment in both architecture and interior design, promising a world-class dining experience paired with breathtaking waterfront views. The coffee bar and restaurant will operate from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, Tuesday through Sunday, offering a wide range of services from specialty coffee and breakfast in the morning to upscale dining and bar options in the evening.

A key feature of this venue is the inclusion of a renowned Chinese chef, celebrated for his culinary expertise in New Zealand and Japan. He will lead the culinary team in crafting authentic Chinese dishes and a selection of Western and Indian cuisine, ensuring that the venue meets international culinary standards and sets new benchmarks for dining experiences in Nadi.

Spanning approximately 3,694 square meters, this expansive venue includes around 700 square meters dedicated to restaurant and bar space, a 1,200 square meter hall equipped with a stage, and 800 square meters of lounge areas. Designed to host large events, its first floor alone can accommodate up to 300 guests, featuring a stage, VIP room, bar, and kitchen facilities, alongside a ground floor lounge with seating for over 100 guests. The restaurant and coffee bar can cater to an additional 200 customers, making it an ideal venue for corporate functions, private celebrations, and tour groups.

Guests can look forward to a range of premium amenities, including a Bar and Bar Lounge, a dedicated Pizza Lounge, and a Specialty Coffee Bar that offers a diverse selection of blended coffees. The outdoor seating areas and traditional waterfront bures create a captivating ambiance that seamlessly merges luxury with the island’s natural beauty.

To facilitate easy access for all, the development will offer ample paid parking, along with designated areas for taxis, buses, yachts, and other modes of transportation for visitors and the broader Fantasy Island community.

A strict smart dress code will be enforced to uphold an upscale atmosphere, with a team of well-trained staff dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

According to Abbas Ali, the developer associated with Fantasy Island, this project is part of a larger vision by Fantasy Island Resorts Pte Ltd, operating under the name Coffee Outback. Ali highlighted a noted decline in the quality of coffee shops and dining venues in Nadi, stressing the need for elevated service and food quality standards in the region.

“The general public deserves a much higher standard of service and food,” he remarked, underscoring the motivation behind this ambitious investment, despite it not being his primary area of expertise.

With its grand opening on the horizon, this landmark establishment is poised to become a signature waterfront destination, drawing locals, tourists, and corporate clients, and establishing itself as a premier hub for hospitality in the region.
