TISA Insurance (Fiji) Ltd, formerly known as Capital Insurance Ltd, has made a significant commitment to supporting the Women Invigorating the Nation (WIN) Convention 2026. This annual gathering is organized by the Women Entrepreneurs Business Council (WEBC), part of the Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation (FCEF). The partnership was formally established on Wednesday through a Letter of Understanding, designating TISA as both a strategic partner and a platinum sponsor for the convention, which is set to take place on March 27 and 28 at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva.
During the signing ceremony, TISA’s CEO David Ariff Chan underscored the convention’s role as a pivotal platform that connects aspirations with real opportunities. He highlighted the event’s theme for 2026, “Give to Gain: Investing in Women, Transform our Future,” which emphasizes the importance of women’s contributions on social, economic, and national fronts in Fiji. “At TISA Insurance, we believe that investing in women-led enterprises is essential,” Mr. Chan remarked, emphasizing that enhancing women’s participation in the economy results in improved business outcomes, stronger family security, and resilient communities.

FCEF’s CEO Edward Bernard commended TISA Insurance for its vital support, reminding attendees that the WIN Convention is the largest professional and entrepreneurial event for women in Fiji.
