Two men, Lagani Rabukawaqa, 23, and Saimoni Macedru, 25, have been charged with aggravated robbery after allegedly stealing a watch and $9 from a 50-year-old man at the Top Shop in Raiwai, Suva. The incident reportedly occurred on the morning of December 14.
