JinkoSolar, a prominent manufacturer of photovoltaic (PV) modules based in China, has recently introduced an innovative line of dust-resistant modules built on its advanced Tiger Neo 3.0 platform. These new modules promise to enhance power generation efficiency, showcasing a notable increase of 4-6% compared to traditional modules.

The cutting-edge design incorporates a unique nano anti-soiling glass coating, combined with a three-dimensional dust-repellent frame structure. This innovative coating is not only anti-static, which helps reduce the adhesion of dust and fine sand particles but is also superhydrophilic. This property allows moisture to create a thin water film that effectively washes away accumulated dust. Moreover, when exposed to sunlight, the module’s surface engages in photocatalytic reactions that can break down challenging residues, such as bird droppings and oil marks.

Durability is a key feature of the new modules, as the coating has been factory-tempered to withstand various outdoor climatic conditions. Additionally, the clever design of the module frame keeps the short side aligned with the front glass, which helps prevent dust entrapment and ensures sustained performance over time.

This launch not only highlights JinkoSolar’s commitment to innovation in solar technology but also represents a significant step forward in enhancing the efficiency and longevity of solar panels, ultimately benefiting users by maximizing energy output and reducing maintenance efforts.
