A family of five has been charged in connection with the alleged murder of a man and recently appeared in the Lautoka High Court. Sundar Lal and Balewai Waqabaca are a married couple, and their children, Rusiate, Ronald, and Ron, are also charged in this case. Although the trial was scheduled to commence this week, it has been adjourned, with the new trial date set for March 9, 2026.
