The Denver Broncos made key moves to their roster ahead of their Thursday Night Football matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs, signing tight end Marcedes Lewis and offensive guard Calvin Throckmorton to the active roster. Both players are expected to make an impact in tonight’s game.

Additionally, inside linebacker Levelle Bailey and wide receiver Michael Bandy were elevated for the game and will also be active. The Broncos confirmed their inactives, which include inside linebacker Dre Greenlaw (hamstring), tight end Nate Adkins (knee), wide receiver Pat Bryant (concussion), and several others including outside linebacker Que Robinson, defensive lineman Jordan Jackson, defensive lineman Sai’Vion Jones, and offensive lineman Geron Christian. Notably, Greenlaw, Adkins, and Bryant had already been ruled out prior to the game.

On the Chiefs’ side, running back Dameon Pierce, cornerback Melvin Smith, and defensive ends Ethan Downs and Tyreke Smith are among the inactives, along with offensive lineman C.J. Hanson, offensive lineman Jaylon Moore (knee), and defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi (illness). However, defensive end George Karlaftis and linebacker Nick Bolton, who were added to the injury report just a day earlier with illness concerns, are both active for the game.

As both teams gear up for this compelling matchup, the Broncos will be keen to capitalize on their roster adjustments, while the Chiefs will look to navigate their own injury challenges as they aim to secure a victory. This game promises to be a thrilling encounter between two teams vying for a critical win in the season.
