With the Eastern Conference semifinals tied 2-2, the Detroit Pistons return home Wednesday night needing a win to reclaim momentum — but they could be short-handed. The Cleveland Cavaliers, meanwhile, reported a clean bill of health, giving them potentially their strongest lineup for Game 5 at Little Caesars Arena.

Monday’s Game 4 in Cleveland saw Donovan Mitchell carry the Cavaliers offensively, finishing with 43 points and five rebounds, while James Harden added 24 points and 11 assists. Detroit’s bench was led by Caris LeVert, who scored a team-high 24 points and played 31 minutes despite aggravating a right heel contusion; Cade Cunningham paced the starters with 19 points, three rebounds and six assists.

Cleveland listed no players on its injury report for Wednesday, a notable development as the Cavaliers try to string together a third straight win and seize a 3-2 series advantage before Game 6 returns to Cleveland on Friday. The healthy report gives Cleveland coach and staff full flexibility in matchups and rotations against a Pistons team potentially dealing with multiple absences.

Detroit, however, entered the game with three players listed as questionable. Duncan Robinson is listed as questionable with lower back soreness and faces the prospect of missing his first game of these playoffs. Should Robinson be unavailable, Detroit could lean more heavily on perimeter guards Daniss Jenkins and Marcus Sasser for shooting and defensive minutes. LeVert’s status remains listed as questionable due to the right heel contusion he played through in Game 4, an encouraging sign that he could be cleared but one that still carries uncertainty.

Kevin Huerter was also named questionable with a left adductor strain; he has already missed seven consecutive games. Huerter’s return would provide a veteran perimeter scoring option for the Pistons, but the team has not yet confirmed a timetable beyond his game-by-game designation for Game 5.

Tip-off for Game 5 is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET on ESPN. With the series finely balanced, Detroit’s final injury rulings and any last-minute decisions will be key to how the Pistons try to disrupt Cleveland’s momentum and protect home-court advantage. Pre-game confirmations of the questionable players’ availability are expected from both teams ahead of Wednesday’s tip.
